臨床意義：
LA1 Screening Reagnet及LA2 Confirmation Reagent係為精純化的DRVVT reagent，用於在one-stage凝固試驗中偵測Lupus Anticoagulants(LA)狼瘡抗凝物。LA1 Screening Reagnet—精純化的DRVV reagent，篩檢有無Lupus Anticoagulants(LA)狼瘡抗凝物的存在。LA2 Confirmation Reagent—富含磷脂質的DRVV reagent，具有修正Lupus Anticoagulants(LA) 狼瘡抗凝物存在的特異性。CAC (Circulating Anticoagulant)免疫球蛋白主要有兩種，一種是干擾凝固因子(specific factor)，一種是干擾凝固過程的磷脂質(lupus anticoagulant)，檢驗上當正常血漿無法矯正凝固檢查時，代表CAC的存在。CAC上升於spontaneously或下列的疾病：SLE、RA、惡性腫瘤、慢性發炎例如潰瘍性腸炎、產後併發症、腎臟移植者，以及使用chlorpromazine或相類似的藥物。
